A triple exhibition from Helmut Newton, Mario Testino and Jean Pigozzi. Featuring original Newton prints, rarely if ever seen before, alongside a Testino exhibition specially conceived for the Helmut Newton Foundation. Huge floor-to-ceiling images from Testino's archive of fashion and nude shots contrast with Jean Pigozzi's 'Pool Party' (also a book published by Rizzoli), which is exhibited in the more intimate June's Room. Smaller snapshots offer a spontaneous and personal insight into the lives of A-listers such as Liz Taylor, Mick Jagger and Bono.
The current exhibitions at the Helmut Newton Foundation have been extended by popular demand, and will now be open until 17th May 2017.
Phyllis Posnick, Executive Fashion Editor at American Vogue, launches her book Stoppers in London today. Featuring the most astonishing and groundbreaking images published by the fashion bible, including of course iconic images by Helmut Newton. Phyllis tells the stories behind the images and her close relationship with Helmut, including an anecdote about the search for a pair of tiny stilettos for a chicken... Both entertaining and educational, this is not to be missed.
